β οΈ Do NOT use if you already have a cold, fever, or inflammation. This builds Wei Qi for prevention only β not treatment of active illness.
This formula is based on the classic Yu Ping Feng San (Jade Windscreen Powder) from the 13th century. Astragalus (Huang Qi) is the single most important herb for strengthening Wei Qi β your body’s immune defense layer. When you catch colds frequently (3+ times per month), this formula fortifies your exterior so pathogens simply slide off. Unlike ginger tea which treats an active cold, Jade Windscreen Tea works proactively over weeks. The green tea adds a mild dispersing quality that prevents the formula from being too tonic.
